About
I am an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto where I hold the Innovation Chair in Electronic Commerce. From 2009 to 2012 I was the Director of the Centre for Innovation Law and Policy.
I received my LL.B. and LL.M from Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and my SJD from the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto. I study, write, speak, and advise on competition law and intellectual property law, with allied interests in electronic commerce, the regulation of international trade and particularly the intersection of all these fields. I have taught courses about those fields, and recently added constitutional law to the mix.
